Katrina Scolavino, LMSW, JD

Licensed Master of Social Work
EMDR Trained

I received my BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and my MSW from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Services. I previously worked at a large community mental health organization in the trauma department and at a behavioral health company treating patients for depression and anxiety fully remotely. I currently specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, addictions, PTSD, and helping clients recover from the painful and difficult effects of their trauma histories. I also received a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and my prior career in the law, in particular working with parents, children, and women in need, informs my perspective on the trials my clients may be dealing with and gives me a skill set in analysis that translates well to psychotherapy work. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I tailor my approach to fit every individual client’s needs.
